Shipping
Where do you ship to?
I am able to ship worldwide, but please keep in mind that international shipping costs and transit time can be unpredictable. Message me *before purchasing* if you need your order by a particular date!
How long does shipping take?
This is up to you! I offer many shipping speeds, and you are welcome to select whichever option your heart desires.
Please note that processing times and shipping times are not the same. Please pay close attention to the processing time listed in the top banner, and then add your shipping time to that.
Ex: if processing is 2-3 business days, and you are needing your order delivered in the U.S. within 4-6 business days, you may want to opt for Priority Mail shipping.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking info will be updated to the order once the shipping label is printed. Please view the order for this tracking info before messaging.
I qualify for free shipping, how fast will it be?
Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent out with standard shipping speed. If you are needing your order sooner than that, you will need to opt for an expedited shipping service.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Due to the food-safe nature of my products, I do not accept returns. All sales are final.
I just received my cutters and they're not the size I expected, can I exchange them?
Don't you just hate when that happens? It's a define bummer, but thankfully preventable! If you are unsure of what sizing you need, please reference the size descriptions in each listing as some shapes will appear "small" or "large" compared to cutters of the same size. If all else fails, send me a message and I can help you decide on a size. Exchanges and returns are not accepted.
I received my order damaged in the mail, what do I do?
What a sad day! I am so so sorry that happened. Unfortunately, once an order leaves my hands I have absolutely no control over what happens with it. I package everything to withstand normal abuse by the postal carrier, but sometimes these boxes see some things... First, I will file a claim with USPS (with your help in providing photos of the damage) where they will be responsible for refunding the order. While they are processing that claim, your new goodies will be remade and shipped out within 1-3 business days via standard shipping.

Are these cookie cutters dishwasher safe?
Absolutely not! Please please please do not expose these cookie cutters to heat of any kind. Every order comes with a "cutter care" card to learn how to properly wash and dry your CCK cookie cutters. Say no to heat!
Can you make custom items?
Of course! If time permits, I will happily help with any custom orders you have. I love custom requests!
Do you offer sales or coupon codes?
